I wonder what Amanda will say in her recommendation. I doubt she will recommend it. But will she give reasons?

Or will she simply say that the current conditions of the offer are not met and the board cannot recommend the offer based on some sort of future set of conditions occurring.

The whole offer revolves around the licences and Lynas has been very cautious in their public statements on the matter, clearly working behind closed doors and not wanting to pick at the sore in the open. This sort of forces her hand a bit to say something.
