I'm very relieved for WES offer though - it gives some certainty to the future if LYC is kicked out of Malaysia, i.e. either takeover at a lowball price, or a future JV in Australia.
Very opportunistic, but if the sheet hits the fan, LYC will need a bail out. Hopefully there will be more options, but knowing there is one out there is a real relief! Thanks WESand yeah any drop in the SP if things go bad in Malaysia should just be gobbled up. $2.25 floor
