for 1HFY19, LYC produced 9,642 tonnes REO for $19M npat plus $5M in exchange rate difference npat; with operating cash flow of $31M less $14M for plant less $5M for finance expense
WES has $1.133B shares on issue and they propose spending $1.32 per WES share on LYC
the WES share price fell 3.5% today or $1.32 on this strange news
since the profits of LYC appear unstable, say at $75M npat, WES are looking to buy at say 20 times net profit or 5% annual return on investment
what is the maximum throughput of the LYC plant? thanks
