You could be right No.8 that the figure is too low to be serious.
I'm thinking this could be a strategic move by Lacaze to outflank her opponents SMSL. There are things pinging about my overactive mind which is thinking this might be a bit of smoke and mirrors to confuse SMSL but also it is likely to be some interest in Lynas as a long term proposition for WES.
At the moment all we have is a letter to the ASX from WesFarmers which will cut two days of trading before the imminent end of the quarter and the likelihood of a positive end to the quarter for the SP.
