$2.50 minimum. This is the first offer. I reckon this process will take a few months, no way WES can get this so cheap and they won't walk unless some terrible news comes out about Malaysia.
LYC before Malaysia stuff and the recent REE price drops was trading at $2.70. REE price should be solid in the future, and there is just no value that can be given to an asset which has such significant geopolitical strategic importance. I will be very disappointed if the directors recommend in favour of this offer (unless they think they will get booted out of Malaysia).
