No need to write off the plant in Malaysia and build a new one. Operating licences are all in place and Malaysia is very unlikely to pull the plug on the refinery. At the worst WES only have to export the "radioactive" waste and sell it as fertiliser. With their background they should be able to sell it in to Australia and elsewhere.
