Well I obviously can't answer that, depends on your personal situation, view of markets, etc.
But just in terms of NTA vs share price, it's not difficult working out if it's under or overvalued vs it's NTA. See the last update at October 31, then see how the NAV of PAXX has moved since where it was at October 31. PAXX has pretty much exactly the same portfolio.

Oct 31 NAV at 5.4864
Nov 8 NAV at 5.5853
= a move up of 1.8%
So a move up from 1.8% from PAI's last NTA update of 1.2599, a I put NTA just over 1.28, as of Nov 8
