    I agree Dewy90. On my calculation the impact for KHZ's fall will have about a 2.23c for MGG's NAV assuming there are no other shares in the portfolio offsetting it. Therefore, NAV for MGG will reduce to about $1.67, which is still substantially more than the SPP offer price.
