Since start of Jan the sp has found no support/interest from investors, drifting downwards to new all times lows each week....
Stated NAV @ 1.56 and sp @ 1.12.Why such a huge disconnect??
Something not right with US real-estate value forecasts??
I am deep in the red on this one.............thought it was a long term safe bet.
