As if Rice would tarnish their own name by doing something so unwarranted. The clause is there to protect them in the case a company tries to do them over. Rice is ALL about collaborating. Pulling while WBT has done so much would effectively be shooting themselves in the foot as many other companies would take note and never work with them.
Keep logic simple, stop spreading FUD.
