So we start looking at the facts here. Slide 12 in the recent AGM presentation. They plan to have IP revenue by 2021 which is 2 year late from the deadline. From Q1 to Q4 2019, it is still doing process optimization. Well, I can't see clearly their effort/ plan in "first commercialization of the licensed product" by Q2 2019 as per agreement with Rice Uni in 2016.
