BBut rice university still has the right to terminate on 1 july 2019 if no commercial things happening. And it is unlikely something commercial us happening by july 2019.
DDid anyone ask the board at agm about this situation?
OOr maybe some holder shoud ask in writing abour this to the company.
I just started following this stock today so be nice.
AAs it happned i actully know a situation in austealia withi simlar agreement and the university who has the patent just decidea to pull the plug eventhoug the licensee did a lot in furthering the technology. This is a serious question and any holder should confirm with the co.
WWith tech thats potentially bringinf a lot of money, greedy can get in the way of nice relationship.
