But at the same time, I think TSMC has already been developing their own Reram in FinFET for a while now .... and Samsung and Globalfoundraries have put more investment into MRam over the recent years...
I’ve sort of ruled out SMIC and UMC because they’ve already partnered with Crossbar and Panasonic respectively so I’m guessing slim chance that it would be either of them...
If only I had a crystal ball....
