Whilst I'm not happy with the discount, someone posted a link to an article claiming that market sentiment was indicating its getting more difficult for small caps to raise funds. If this is true, then perhaps its a smart move to have the funds locked in for the next phase than to go begging cap in hand at a more critical juncture.

The market response wasn't as severe as I would have thought today and with the limited SPP on offer and over subscribed raise perhaps the price will rebound as the interest and publicity increases.

Personally I'd love to average down, but I'd be much happier to have a techinal forecast and schedule uniterrupted in the next 6 months due to a lack off funds. Proof will be in how they manage the spend.

The reality is a partnership might provise enough revenue to progress what the other party needs and not what the companies overall ambitions are. Of further interest will be what happens April 1st onwards when the escrowed shares again come into play.

I certainly hope like other long terms holders that this injection of capital will truly accelerate and cement the progress the company is making.
