In a previous CR offer I was able to buy without any brokerage - so factor that in.
But, other than that, you're best to get the shares as cheap as you can. This is holding up well so far, so you may not get a cheaper opportunity than the offer. I'd only expect the SP to drop below the offer if the market sees the CR as a signal of trouble ahead. Given the basis for this CR is sound (I've admired how tight a ship WBT seem to run with their cash burn), I'd expect the SP to hold steady at a fraction above 3.5c, at worst.
