I think this announcement is the step towards the NRE agreements.
Would be interesting to know if they have enough data to scale down to 28nm in their modelling so they can engineer before the 28nm chips are made?
That would really speed up the engineering and hopefully the announcements that we will all be looking forward to.
One of their foundry partners is Tower Semi so I guess Cohen has obviously worked with these guys.
There would be so many conversations in so many places, an exciting year ahead.
I hope that poor guy needs to keep selling..
