a buyout can happen if a tech company scientists think manufacturing is possible
of course they need to have access to some sensitive and confidential data, maybe they have to become a partner first or pay some money to show they are serious.
so a buy out now in the early stages might save these companies some serious money
40 cents to $1.00 per share is not too much for some big company
for me that is the best scenario
a buy out n the next 12 months
