No one will buyout WBT until they prove a FAB friendly chip. Chips developed in a lab are great and are only concepts.
The money is in a wafer that is developed in a commercial fab environment. Thats when things get very serious.
Right now it's important to get a partner that shares our vision and interested in the science and concept.
A takeover will happen after Q4 2020 once the lab chip is fabricated.
