Besides, I think ( also correct me if i am wrong) the thing making WBT stands out is that they use silicon oxide whereas 4DS and many others use metal oxide. The good thing with silicon oxide is that they can go further down beyond 28nm but metal oxide will touch the limit pretty much at 28nm. This is the unique novelty of WBT imo.
