No expert here but it looks like they are ready to start testing in a Fab plant. WBT seems to track 4DS but about a year behind. They are working on their 2nd iteration on a 300mm chip. Success in a lab may not translate to a fabrication plant on a 300mm wafer. Looks promising but....
