5% of WBT shares have just been issued at 3.5c and SPP is still open possibly. There's quite a bit to churn from those who are looking to make a quick buck from newbies who'll be entering for the next few weeks.
Give it time, the SP doesn't reflect the companies performance right now. There are just a whole bunch of cheap shares on issue and it is an easy way for anyone to make a quick buck right now.
