We only just have chips off first silicon flotsam. They have been characterised against known industry retention standards so far and succeeded. Whether the stress tests continue for greater detail I dont know.
Given its SiOx and most everything else on the phone is likely to have similar material characteristics then the chip should be as stable as the other circuits, but that is in theory.
How one of those two can you mention can quote better retention is beyond me, they dont have chips to test against yet. Yes those numbers are ridiculous for a chip that doesnt exist yet.
