Another angle for me, the BOD is exceptional.
Dadi alone on the board of Mellanox 6bil TO by Intel dadis old job, on the board with WBT both companies out of Israel and dadi studied at Techinon. If WBT achieve their goals of Reram chip @ 28nm and below and its commercial, there's not many doors that won't open for Dadi period...The consolidation is seemly a necessity for future expansion.
