That's the industry standard measure flotsam, its not the actual maximum of WBT's chip. They need to meet the measure, since its a standard selection gate for product acceptance. Since its also shown tolerance for soldering level standards its also likely to be more tolerant than the standard retention and also at higher temperatures.
