10 years at 25 degrees is not good enough for memory on mobile phones etc.
would have to be at least 50 degrees I reckon for that.
If that means they get 5 years at 50 degrees then it should be OK because most people get a new phone within 5 years anyway, but without knowing the shape of the curve with regards to temperature and time, we're just speculating that it is good enough for that sort of application.
The fact that the company is targeting the embedded memory market confirms to me that this is the case.
Still gonna kick a in the end IMO.
