re: Ann: WEC signs option agreement to acquir... This deal plus (loomig) air permits for the Peabody/Buckskin projects represent a proper asset base in the US. Therefore WEC North America could be opened to a strategic investor, i.e. establish the same business modell like in Sout Africa with Blackriver Asset Management. Therefore I do not expect any dillution on WEC level in the near future.
