re: Ann: WEC signs option agreement to acquir... I should have read the announcement thoroughly:
"Due diligence to date has confirmed that the project also presents an opportunity to utilise the BCB technology to process the coal fines currently arising from operations at the mine in question."
"Currently arising from operations" does not sound like there is a huge coal fines pond accumulated in the past that could be briquetted in the future. Perhaps there are additional fines from nearby mines that will justify the construction of a BCB plant.
