re: Ann: WEC secures partner for expanded Coa... Well spotted theinquisitor - earlier post, and now we know why there is a UK registered company.
Only guessing, but maybe WEC will go private like JMS or be quoted elsewhere like LNC, now in Singapore.
JMS will go private purely because of the ASX price of the stock and WEC has been bashed even harder.
Unfortunately investors in Australia aren't interested in miners unless they are big cap or have a really outstanding project.
