I couldn't find dealings with Sophie and Lind, but I could find them with MEF. There is plenty of evidence in regards to Sophie getting free shares and dumping them soon there after and leaving the company. Point of fact, there is evidence of that posted on hotcopper alone, you don't have to try hard. I am very concerned of her motives. We are all aware of former board members and the fact they wanted this to go belly up as they wanted the platform for their own little projects! It is why I asked Nick the question at the AGM, how did he come to choose her to be in a position for the company, the answer didn't fill me with confidence. I am not convinced she has our best interest at heart here.....

I would have thought this is what the board is supposed to be keeping an eye on making sure we have a reasonably level playing field. Two of them after all are corporate lawyers .
