He is clearly manipulating the SP moving it from one account to another with these small P&D's, but to be fair, I don't blame him for that, I have no doubt Nick has promised the world to him to get him to invest and he has seen no returns on his investment, so he has decided to make his own. Still, doesn't mean the rest of us have to like or agree with hit....

I couldn't find dealings with Sophie and Lind, but I could find them with MEF. There is plenty of evidence in regards to Sophie getting free shares and dumping them soon there after and leaving the company. Point of fact, there is evidence of that posted on hotcopper alone, you don't have to try hard. I am very concerned of her motives. We are all aware of former board members and the fact they wanted this to go belly up as they wanted the platform for their own little projects! It is why I asked Nick the question at the AGM, how did he come to choose her to be in a position for the company, the answer didn't fill me with confidence. I am not convinced she has our best interest at heart here.....
