Nothing wrong with raising shares if it is used to purchase a good business or expand an existing revenue generating activity .
In AKKs case , the problem is they have raised almost 70m dollars over they last few years which has resulted in zero profit , zero positive cash flow and assets that are also worth very little. If they wasn't listed and able to continue to tap nieve shareholders for funds, it would have been bankrupt 50 times over
I would be surprised if the P O is more than 10% subscribed
