There is nothing "tricky" about dilution. It's all about "equity", dilution for shareholders is only a negative when shareholders lose equity when the company has to get cash from other sources when their own shareholders do not support it by taking up their full entitlements. (which AKK shareholders DON'T do-19.6% uptake in October 2015 CR).
All minor exploration companies NEED cash to survive, shareholders can't have it both ways, they don't fully support CRs and lose equity, or don't have a company.
AKK shareholders wouldn't have a company if management hadn't received support from those S.I.s!!!
Management seems to be hinting that with that new resource report their next way of funding development will be by loan funds which need to be repaid, but won't impact on equity for shareholders. Let's see. One step at a time. Next ann is very important.
