It's a news driven stock (just like Cwe and every other small cap that's not being driven by some broader market or sector wide irrational behaviour). So if it's got no news, it'll drift down. The longer it goes with no news, the more it will drop. With each bit of news, the uptick has less bite. Eventually, the only news that will raise the SP is evidence of profit. That's many, many SP diluting years away for SHE.
