Teeksay I agree and disagree. I know im stating the obvious here. Although this is on the spec end im sure that the SP could be pushed down (have to be careful with wording lol). In the example of SHE there is a lot of information out there stating that a potential reasonable announcement/update is coming along by the end of the month. So why wouldn't someone want the price lower. Its simple supply versus demand. Smash the supply side and people get nervous and dump. Throw in words like CR then .......
The good news here is that trading volumes are lower and even though the SP has been tracking south in my view it just takes a bit of sentiment to change things. Lets hope for an upswing cause at the end of the day i hope thats what everyone is here for
