Think - why would someone want a share price to be held lower?

How are shares priced at for capital raising? For asset injections? VWAP.

Now. You're an existing shareholder that intends to hold for more than 3months. If a capital raising was coming up (which we know there will very likely be one before December for SHE). Would you want to be rewarded with an issue at a discount to a lower VWAP?

Then what if something good was announced after the discounted price was already locked in for the offer, which had a bearing on the commercialization.

If you were offered shares at a discount of 20% to the 10 day VWAP, and subsequently the price rises say 30% above the 10 day VWAP, isn't that rewarding the existing shareholders for holding on?

Just saying. This is just a scenario, and not related to this particular counter alone. Don't be spooked by red numbers in your portfolio management screen!
