This suggests to me the DOE are asking entrants to "pull their pants down" and disclose every detail surround their technology.. If i know Sean he would be very reluctant to do so considering how far he's come and how close we are to our own commercial significance. Happy to leave the prize for others as our prize if FAR greater..
