It is a compelling story. Watpac won the best building build in the world this year - -or something. The other good news is that the overseas construction company that is their big shareholder and possible acquirer is a major European company and they have two board seats(?) and presumably give WTP management excellent construction advice.

Odd for a well-established quality company like this to trade at cash backing.
