Granted, these last couple of contracts aren't huge but in this market, they are good news non the less. Management reviewing & lowering costs, property income via way of settlements in Melbourne plus additional work all equal better results ahead. When added to the massive write offs already taken by the albatross property development department, we should be looking at improved earnings & perhaps a return to dividend flow next time around. With the management review of people & roles, I sure hope they are looking closely at the property department as we seem to have paid over the odds for a bunch of problematic sites that has taken way too much management & board time to unravel.
