re: Ann: Watpac finalises $93M mining service... Definitely good to see some tender wins lately although I hope margins increase.

Unfortunately I think this little rally may be shortlived though. No dividend declared again which hurts those needing income. I know that we'll probably get a final dividend this year, but most retail holders probably thought that we would get an interim aswell!

Out of the ASX300 also which may see some institutional selling?

Oh well, I will hold as I have done for the last 7 years. Slowly, slowly new management is turning the ship :)
