They could do that Marx, Horizontal wise, but... that article basically says that for now, its not going to happen until they can be sure about the fields characteristics.. which they state they have gotten wrong, but are hopefully heading in the right direction.
No worries about the cash injection, so they will be ok until August, then have 35% to pay for. A shame TSV did not do a decent sized cap raising when the SP was 300% higher (all hindsight of course!)
