    You are being too harsh.

    When the Chinese came they lifted the lifd on a stinking mess. Huge anounts of outstanding bills/expenses, and bloated staffing. Cleaning uo the mess cost a chunk, as did getting new staff and new focus. They have spent a chunk on exploration. No point firing up the mill for the sake of appearances.
