re: Ann: WNI: Waiver of Placement condition o... Maybe Norgard and Paterson would really prefer not to transfer their shares to WNI, but are going along with it in order to keep their jobs. Given the lousy deal on the table from WN, Norgard and Paterson are stupid to accept unless they have been offered an incentive not made public, or they are scared for their jobs. Either scenario reflects very poorly on them.

So perhaps they are just hoping it will all wash over and they will not have to transfer their shares.
