"IRON ore explorer Brockman Resources has written to shareholders urging them to reject an unsolicited all-scrip takeover offer from Hong Kong listed Wah Nam International Ltd.
The Perth-based explorer says it has concerns about the depth and underlying value of Wah Nam shares and Wah Nam's lack of mining development expertise and operational experience."
What's changed? .. other than the fact the bid valued BRM at $6.52/share.
