Lets hope they find something tangible. Their associates could be buying through these nominee companies. The report from deloitte's details the top 10 major shareholders as at 9 December 2011 so if we can find out what each individual holdings are now we should be able to workout where the changes are. It is noted that:
1. Ross Norguard controls Longfellow Nominees Pty Limited.
2. Wayne Richards held 1,738,773 shares as at 9 December 2011 which in now nil as reported in a previous post.
3. Phillip Securities ( Hong Kong ) P/l moving from 18 to 16 looks suspicious.
4. National Securities P/L moving from 16 to 10 buying 562,192 shares.
These changes may give us a clue what is going on behind the scenes. This could work in minority shareholder s favour if ASX Surveilance is on the scene and Wan Nam, their Associates and Nominee Companies know that they are being watched.
