By any measure they look like incompetent clowns.
If they cannot find the cash to make a decent offer .. how on earth will they find the $2 billion + they need to make this project happen? Are they going to issue 1 trillion WNI shares?
Every month they delay the acquisition and extend the offer they are losing hundreds of millions in lost production revenue. BRM has not moved forward one iota since Wah Nam appeared.
It cannot be a deliberate strategy.. it defies logic.
I think the time may have come for them to sell to someone else and retreat back into their limos.
