re: Ann: Wah Nam International Australia Pty ... If I've read this right this announcement is simply saying that WNI are waiving their right to retract/void their takeover bid which they could have triggered if they so chose because of the release of options to the new CEO.
I wish they did drop it. It's a real distraction that seems to be crueling the share price!
