i understand the US1300 assumption before I post, I just question WAF's management's practice in the context of a West African mine, if the obvious "inaccurate" "upbeat" POG is used, I would naturally conclude the same methodology has been applied to "very low" all in drilling cost of sub US800, so my question is still this, when POG is now US1200, and All in Cost is US900, what will be IRR rate for the mine.
