The feasibility study openly shows the NPV and IRR at lower gold prices. If you want to use them to evaluate the robustness of the project then you can go ahead. The gold price on 22nd June on DFS release was US$1270/oz and the average for the prior 6 months when the feasibility study was being prepared was US$1320/oz, so they are hardly 'boasting' things with the base case.
