I agree with you that WAF is not considering retail share holder interest as one of company primary goals.
Since the discovery of high grade gold, all fund was provided by CR with banker.
WAF does not need to raise any $ from past holder; shareprice is left for banker to play.
Currently, before project finance and final investment decision, large banker will hold price down to accumulate as much as possible from retail holder, who either exit with loss, or with smaller profit. It is also the war between banker to see who can hold longer.
How can they hold price down, simple: stop buying on market, put buy order low, short sell to trigger stop loss.
Without demand, that strategy will win.
So, where is the demand, the project is so good. IMO, demand is waiting for financing. Banker would just participate in the financing bid. Why should they buy share on market.
After financing, mime built, gold poured, it is now WAF, the gold producer. Banker will look at WAF differently, and advice to their client in different segment. That is when WAF will raise.
Now, it is just hell, so exit if you cannot hold. (pls google Tesla production hell)
