I like that they have emphasised that it is for the decline and not just general development works. Makes it clear that they are forging ahead.
Article in The Australian suggests they had demand for A$70M worth of placement shares from institutions. It's becoming like CDV where the majority of the register is made up by institutions and Goldfields. In the short term this makes the stock less prone to being moved by speculative short term traders.
